Coconut Story is a brand operated by Wander & Wonder OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

Coconut Story creates personalised illustrated storybooks for children, inspired by real cultures, destinations, and magical adventures around the world.

Throughout these Terms, "Coconut Story", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wander & Wonder OÜ operating under the Coconut Story brand.

Each Coconut Story book is custom-made using the information and photos provided by the customer.

Because every book is individually personalised, small variations in illustrations, character appearance, colours, layout, or artistic details may occur. The personalised character is an artistic interpretation of the uploaded photograph and may not reproduce every physical feature exactly.

Our books are designed as magical artistic experiences inspired by real cultures and destinations. While we make reasonable efforts to represent places, customs, foods, landmarks, traditions, history, and other cultural details thoughtfully and accurately, we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or perfectly accurate.

Illustrations are artistic interpretations and are not intended to be exact photographic, architectural, historical, or geographical representations of real-world places.

By uploading a photograph or other content to Coconut Story, you confirm that:

• you have the legal right and necessary permission to use and upload the content;
• where a child is depicted, you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority to provide the image for this purpose; and
• the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.

You may not upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content, or material that you do not have the right to use.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing prohibited or inappropriate content.

We take the privacy of our customers and their children seriously.

Uploaded photographs are processed for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your personalised Coconut Story product. They are not used for advertising, social media, promotional materials, or other marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Uploaded photographs are not stored on our servers: they are sent once to our AI image provider to create the personalised illustrations. The provider may keep them for a short period under its own policies. Personalised illustrations and print files are deleted automatically 60 days after the order is shipped (to allow reprints of damaged or lost books), subject to any limited retention that may be legally necessary.

Prices and any applicable charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

An order is processed after successful payment and confirmation. 
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other payment methods made available at checkout.

Please carefully check all personalisation information, including your child's name and uploaded photograph, before confirming your order.

Because personalised books are created specifically for each customer, an order may no longer be changed or cancelled once personalisation or production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of payment failure, technical error, unavailable production, suspected misuse, or prohibited uploaded content. Where we cancel a paid order and no product has been supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Where available, digital PDF versions are delivered electronically following purchase and completion of the personalised book.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased digital files.

Download access may be available only for a limited period for security and storage reasons. Any applicable download period will be communicated to the customer.

Digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, commercially distributed, publicly uploaded, or otherwise commercially exploited without our written permission.

Coconut Story offers delivery to supported destinations worldwide.

Printed books are individually produced, and estimated production and delivery times are displayed where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, production partner, shipping carrier, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless stated otherwise during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Coconut Story products are personalised and made specifically for each customer.

For this reason, personalised printed products are generally not eligible for return or cancellation simply because the customer changes their mind after production has begun.

Digital personalised products are also generally not eligible for cancellation or refund once creation or delivery has begun where the customer has agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the applicable loss of the right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, contains a production error, or materially differs from the order you approved, please contact hello@coconutstory.co as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs showing the problem.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, correction, or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory Estonian or European Union consumer protection law.

The Coconut Story website and its original content, including stories, characters, illustrations, designs, branding, logos, graphics, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to Wander & Wonder OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Coconut Story book does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to the customer.

Purchased books and digital files are intended for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, resold, commercially distributed, or used to create derivative commercial products without our prior written permission.

Coconut Story uses artificial intelligence and other creative technologies as part of its personalisation and illustration process.

AI-generated results may contain small visual variations or imperfections. While we work to produce high-quality illustrations and consistent personalised characters, we cannot guarantee an exact photographic likeness or identical results across every illustration.

Our stories and illustrations combine creativity with information inspired by real destinations and cultures. They are intended for entertainment and general educational discovery and should not be treated as authoritative historical, cultural, religious, geographical, or travel information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers.

To the extent permitted by law, Wander & Wonder OÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Coconut Story products or services that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Purchases through Coconut Story are intended to be made by adults.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the purchase agreement.

If you provide a photograph or personal information relating to a child, you also confirm that you have the appropriate authority to provide that information for the creation of the personalised product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the competent dispute-resolution procedures or courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business, legal requirements, or operating practices.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect when your order is placed.

Updated Terms will be published on our website together with the revised "Last updated" date.
